All real estate tax issues are my specialties, including Schedule E Rental issues, Insolvency, Installment Sales, Cancellation of Debt, Corporate and small business tax returns and, of course, all phases of 1040 personal tax issues... An added plus is my affiliation with H & R Block and the ability to provide a Peace of Mind Guarantee. I work out of the Port Richey Premium Office when I have my 'tax hat' on.
